ICSI/IVF in Thailand - Step-by-Step Journey with Safe Fertility Group
1. Consultation & Fertility Screening
Begin with an initial consultation and Fertility Pre-screening. Our specialists assess your reproductive health and design a individualized treatment timeline based on your medical profile.
2. Ovarian Stimulation
You’ll receive hormone medications to stimulate egg production, monitored closely with ultrasounds and hormone testing to optimize egg quality and quantity.
3. Egg & Sperm Collection + ICSI + PGTSeq-A
Eggs and sperm are collected on the same day. Using ICSI, a single healthy sperm is injected directly into each mature egg. Embryos are then screened with PGTSeq-A to select those with the healthiest chromosome.
4. Embryo Freezing
High-quality embryos are frozen using advanced vitrification techniques to ensure future flexibility and maximize success.
5. Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)
When your body is ready, the embryo are carefully thawed and transferred into the uterus under optimal conditions for implantation.
6. Pregnancy Test & Follow-Up
About 10-14 days after embryo transfer, a blood test confirms pregnancy. Our team continues to support you through early pregnancy and beyond.

FAQ for ICSI/IVF in Thailand
The entire IVF process, from ovarian stimulation to frozen embryo transfer, spans about four months. You'll need two trips:
- First trip (Egg Retrieval): After 10-12 days of stimulation, stay 4–5 days in Bangkok.
- Rest 2 months at home for uterine preparation.
- Second trip (Embryo Transfer): Stay 4-5 days including check-up, transfer, and post-care rest.
